Final year students of the Anaesthesia Technicians department concluded their 3 year programme with a practical session at the Federal Medical Centre, Bida earlier today.

The final examinations which was preceded with a seminar presentation at the College premises on Thursday 8th June, demonstrated their knowledge of the use of equipment in Anaesthetic care and also discussed about medications used in the practice.

A management delegation led by the Senior Academic Planning Officer, Mr. Oluwafemi T. Joseph commended the students, lecturers and management of the Federal Medical Centre, Bida for equipping the students with the best Anaesthetic care available and also, reaffirmed the commitment of the management of the College in supporting the department with whatever is required to continue the good work they are doing.

The Anaesthesia Technicians department is embedded in the Federal Medical Centre, Bida and Newgate College of Health Technology, Minna is the only private health Monotechnic offering the course in the state and it’s environs thereby attracting students from all parts of the country.
