Newgate College of Health Technology, Minna continued it’s 10th Year Anniversary Celebration with a vibrant Cultural Day celebration, showcasing the rich diversity of its student body.
The event which held on Wednesday, 11th September 2024 at the College Premises featured a kaleidoscope of cultural performances, traditional attire, and cuisine from various ethnic groups.
Students, staff, Faculty and members of the Newgate Family came together to share their heritage, promoting cross-cultural understanding and appreciation.
Others are the Founder of the College, Mall. Hassan Nuhu, the Chairman of the Governing Council, Mal. Muhammad Dattijo Usman fnipr and other members of the Council.
The Vice Chancellor, Newgate University Minna, Prof. Yusuf Sadiq, Management, Staff and Students of the institution experienced the pleasure of witnessing the historic event.
The college’s Cultural Day reinforced its commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and community engagement.
“We’re proud to celebrate our students’ diverse backgrounds and traditions,” said Queendaline Opara Iwuala, Provost of the institution.
“This event embodies the college’s spirit of unity and shared purpose.”

The College’s new Administrative Block is scheduled for Commissioning by the Deputy Governor, Niger State, Comrade Yakubu Garba, alongside the Founder on Thursday, 12th September 2024 at the College Premises followed by a Pre-Convonocation lecture at the Auditorium, Newgate University Minna on Thursday, 12th September 2024 with Dr Abdullahi Usman, Department of Nursing Science, Bayero University Kano as Guest Speaker and other experienced Panelists.
