The Provost of the College, Mrs. Ajayi P. Hope has urged Graduands of the BSc. Public Health Science, Newgate College in affiliation with Kwara state University, Malete to be good ambassadors of the institution wherever they go.

She made the statement during a ceremony to mark the successful completion of the final Examinations of the students.

She added that the College has made history by graduating its first set of students for the KWASU affiliation programme.

The event had in attendance the Deputy Provost who is also the Coordinator of the programme, Dr. Hadijah Y. Usman, Registrar of the College, Mr. Samuel O. Olatunbosun, The Director Affiliation and Collaboration of the College Mrs Oladele Oluwakemi, the Director Academic Planning, Mrs. Queendaline Opara, representatives of Kwara State University and a host of other dignitaries.

Notably, The Founder Newgate Group and Executive director of the college, Mall. Hassan Nuhu, the Director, Human Resources, Hajiya Mairo Shaibu Liman and Prof Sunday Awe, Director CEERMS, Kwara State University, Malete, who led the team members from the main campus.

Speaking on behalf of the Graduands, Fatima Muhammed Chado thanked the management of the college and KWASU for the rare opportunity and promised to be good ambassadors of both institutions.
