Celebrating success, embracing service.
The atmosphere on campus was filled with emotions of joy, gratitude, and accomplishment as the Junior Community Health Extension Workers (JCHEW) cadre brought the curtain down on the 2025 National Council Examination with the successful completion of their Clinical Practicals.
The milestone marked the grand conclusion of an intensive examination exercise conducted by the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN), which tested candidates’ intellectual, technical, and professional competencies.
In her heartfelt message, the Provost, Newgate College of Health Technology, Minna Mrs. Queendaline Opara Iwuala, expressed profound gratitude to the CHPRBN leadership under Dr. Bashir Idris. She specially acknowledged the exceptional dedication of the team deployed to the College, led by the Examination Centre Coordinator, Starlady Joy Enweremadu Azubike, alongside the Examination Centre Supervisor, Mal. Adamu Waziri, the Technical Support Specialist, Mr. Abdulraheem Abdullahi Aliyu, the Quality Assurance Officer, Mr. Mohammed Adekunle, and the two Clinical Skill Assessors, Mrs Binta Wada and Mrs Hauwa Mohammed Bello. Their tireless efforts, professionalism, and commitment were hailed as critical to the smooth and successful execution of the examination.
The Provost also extended warm appreciation to the College Management, the Department, and the Staff whose collective dedication ensured that the exercise was not only seamless but also memorable.
In a celebratory spirit, she congratulated the students for their resilience and success, urging them to step into the wider world as worthy ambassadors of the College. Her message underscored the importance of carrying forward the values of excellence, service, and integrity instilled throughout their academic journey.
With the final curtain falling on this year’s National Council Examination, the College community celebrates not only the triumph of its students but also the collaborative effort that made it possible. It is a proud reminder that through unity of purpose, commitment, and determination, dreams are achieved and futures are shaped.
