Medical Laboratory Technician Students Commence Mock Examinations in Preparation for the National Council Examination

The Medical Laboratory Technician Department of our institution has formally commenced its Mock Examinations in earnest, as part of the preparation towards the forthcoming National Council Examination scheduled to begin on 23rd September.

The mock exercise is a vital academic undertaking designed to evaluate the readiness, competence, and confidence of the students ahead of the national assessment. It equally reflects the College’s unwavering commitment to producing well-trained professionals who are capable of meeting the demands of the healthcare sector.

The Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN), the regulatory authority responsible for Medical Laboratory Technician training and practice across the nation, administers and oversees the conduct of the National Council Examination. The College, in alignment with this mandate, ensures that its students are adequately prepared to meet the high standards required by the Council.

The examination commenced smoothly, with students demonstrating diligence and composure, attributes that underscore their readiness to excel. The exercise also affirms the Department’s dedication to academic excellence, discipline, and professional integrity.

In conclusion, the Management, Staff, and entire College Community extend their heartfelt goodwill to the Medical Laboratory Technician students as they approach the National Council Examination. It is our earnest prayer that their hard work shall yield outstanding success, bringing pride to the Department, honour to the College, and greater service to humanity.
