NDCH students showcase competence and confidence as classroom knowledge meets real-world experience.
The National Diploma in Community Health students delivered a spectacular Defense following their recent Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) posting.
For three months, they worked in real-life situations alongside frontline health workers in and around Niger State, gaining invaluable exposure to the practical component of their training. The Defense not only marked the conclusion of their first SIWES posting but also served as an assessment of the knowledge they acquired in the field, helping to further sharpen their training and professional readiness.
The exercise showcased their confidence, knowledge, and ability to connect classroom learning with real-world practice. It also reaffirmed the College’s commitment to producing competent, ethical, and service-ready Community Health professionals equipped to make lasting contributions to the health sector
