In a remarkable display of dedication and preparedness, the final-year students of the Community Health Department have successfully conducted their clinical simulation exercise as part of preparations for the forthcoming National Professional Examination.
The simulation, which followed the recently concluded Computer-Based Test (CBT) component, was designed to test the students’ clinical competence, confidence, and ability to apply classroom knowledge in practical scenarios. It served as both a rehearsal and a measure of readiness for the nationwide examination scheduled to begin next week.
The Department expressed deep satisfaction with the outcome of the exercise, commending the students for their diligence and commitment. Faculty members encouraged the finalists to build on the knowledge and skills gained, reminding them that their performance will not only reflect on them as individuals but also bring pride to the entire College community.
The National Professional Examination, organised by the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN), remains a critical milestone for students of accredited Colleges of Health Technology across the country. For the Community Health finalists, this simulation marked more than just preparation — it was a defining step in their professional journey
