NBTE North Central Zonal Team Visits Newgate College of Health Technology, Minna

The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), North Central Zonal Office, has paid a familiarization and interactive visit to Newgate College of Health Technology, Minna, Niger State, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in the region.

The visit, led by the Zonal Director, Mr Bello Abdul-Hakeem, conveyed the goodwill message of the Executive Secretary, Prof. Idris M. Bugaje, who extended his warm regards to the Founder of the institution, Mallam Hassan Nuhu (Mayanan Minna), for his visionary investment in training future leaders in the health sector.

Mr Bello further commended the Management and staff of the College for their dedication and sustained commitment towards actualizing the Founder’s vision, noting that their efforts contribute significantly to the growth and quality of TVET in Nigeria.

In her response, the Provost, Mrs. Queendaline Opara Iwuala, expressed appreciation to the NBTE team for the visit. She emphasized that such engagements play a vital role in strengthening collaboration between institutions and regulatory bodies, ultimately positioning the College among leading Colleges of Health Technology in Nigeria.

The visit forms part of NBTE’s strategic initiative to deepen institutional relationships, enhance regulatory support, and ensure the seamless delivery of quality technical education across the North Central zone.— feeling glad in Nigeria.
